Privacy policy

We only collect the data strictly necessary to send you your estimate by email. No reselling, no spam, no automated commercial follow-up. You can request the deletion of your data at any time.

When you request to receive your estimate by email, we collect: your name, your email address, your phone number (optional) and the free-form message you leave us (optional). We also collect the simulator configuration you composed (preset chosen, platforms, commitment level, etc.) solely to generate the PDF quote.

This data is used exclusively to: (1) send you your detailed estimate by email with the corresponding PDF, and (2) allow the Black Tide Studio team to contact you back if you wish, within the framework of your request.

Your data is retained for a maximum of 36 months from the last contact. After this period, it is permanently deleted. You can request early deletion at any time.

Your data is never resold. It is only shared with our technical subprocessors necessary for the operation of the service: Resend (transactional email sending, based in the United States, GDPR-compliant via Data Privacy Framework) and Google Workspace (receiving emails on our side). No other sharing is performed.

We use Umami, a self-hosted, cookie-free audience measurement tool that does not collect any personally identifiable data. No consent banner is required, in accordance with CNIL recommendations.

In accordance with the GDPR, you have a right of access, rectification, erasure, limitation, portability and opposition regarding your data. To exercise these rights, write to us at contact@studiobidibou.fr specifying your request. Response within 30 days maximum.

In case of disagreement, you may lodge a complaint with the CNIL (3 place de Fontenoy, 75007 Paris, France, cnil.fr).
